She started by earning her BFA in Graphic Design, has a background in ecommerce, experience in leadership and a wealth of digital marketing knowledge. Now, she leads Steel Mountain in day-to-day operations and strategy as a full-service marketing director. She gets a kick out of optimized marketing campaigns with the most visually-appealing, creative designs — these are a total win-win. Kaylie spends her free time exploring the outdoors, going to concerts or staying in to play a video game. She also enjoys spending time with her pup, an adopted corgi/spaniel mix named Heather. Josh Glenn | Business Development Manager A prior National Champion collegiate athlete, Josh Glenn offers his customers an energetic and disciplined approach to each project. Josh earned a BA in General Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and has many years of experience in manufacturing and metal fabrication. He enjoys assisting customers with individual projects. His roots stem just south of the state border: Josh enjoys cheering his hometown Chicago sports teams, or spending time on the golf course. He currently lives in Wauwatosa, WI, with his wife, Justine. BRAD PETERSON | PRESIDENT & CEO Brad Peterson brings over two decades of sales management & business development to the Steel Marketing team. Most of Brad’s career has been invested into the manufacturing and industrial market segments. Brad believes in hiring talented professionals, aligning them with a clear vision and supporting them so they can perform to their potential. Brad has been married to Betsy for 35 years. Together they raised four children and have 7 grandchildren. He is actively involved in Crossroads Community Church in Sheboygan, WI as a LifeGroup Leader. In his free time, Brad enjoys raising and training English Setters for hunting and field trials. JOSHUA PETERSON | OPERATIONS & FINANCE Joshua Peterson serves Steel Mountain in the operational and finance role. Since 2016, Josh has worked as a Technical Sales Engineer for an industrial sales & marketing company in the metal manufacturing industry. Previously he spent 5 years as a Facilities Engineer with a Fortune 500 company and currently serves as an Engineer Officer in the Army National Guard. Josh has a BS in Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He resides in Pewaukee, WI with his wife Alix and enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. JORDAN PETERSON | SALES & MARKETING Jordan Peterson has been selling & marketing industrial manufacturing equipment since 2012. He holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in sales, marketing and entrepreneurship from University of Wisconsin-Stout. While working with metal fabricators in Wisconsin, he quickly learned to utilize his experiences as a former collegiate athlete to bring energy and a disciplined approach to each of his projects. In 2017 Jordan relocated to Tennessee to spearhead expansion of On Point Solutions, a metal fabrication equipment provider. Jordan enjoys spending his spare time in the great outdoors hunting, fishing and playing golf. An ardent Wisconsin sports fan, he currently resides and works in Nashville, TN.
